摘要:簡單介紹機(jī)器視覺技術(shù)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,并對油氣田巡檢的技術(shù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行表述,針對當(dāng)前油氣田巡檢需要過多的人工干預(yù)痛點(diǎn),提出一套基于機(jī)器視覺技術(shù)的智能巡檢作業(yè)系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)包括硬件和軟件兩部分,具備模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)理念,可根據(jù)客戶實(shí)際需求進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),該系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)油氣田現(xiàn)場的日常巡檢,替代人工巡檢。最后通過現(xiàn)場應(yīng)用場景的分析及應(yīng)用效益分析,證明了該系統(tǒng)具備一定的實(shí)用性。

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the application of machine vision,and describes the technical development of oil and gas field inspection.Be aimed at the pain points of excessive manual intervention, which is required for the current oil and gas field inspections, an intelligent inspection system based on machine vision technology is proposed.The system includes two parts, hardware and software. With a modular design concept, it can be designed and implemented according to the actual needs of customers. This system realizes the function of daily onsite inspection in oil and gas field, instead of manual inspection. Finally, by analyzing the application scenarios and benefits on site, it proves that the system has certain practicability.
