摘要:傳統(tǒng)出鋼操作缺乏監(jiān)控手段,完全依賴人工經(jīng)驗(yàn)操作,自動(dòng)化程 度低,操作者只能憑借經(jīng)驗(yàn)判斷出鋼情況,鋼水質(zhì)量得不到保證。本文 的轉(zhuǎn)爐智能出鋼系統(tǒng)利用人工智能技術(shù)替代人工操作實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)出鋼過 程,使用雙激光測(cè)距方案實(shí)現(xiàn)鋼包車自動(dòng)定位,通過圖像識(shí)別技術(shù)檢測(cè) 爐口溢渣情況和鋼流含渣量,通過自動(dòng)控制實(shí)現(xiàn)合金自動(dòng)配料。該系統(tǒng) 有助于實(shí)現(xiàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè),提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,減輕操作工勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,推進(jìn)智 能制造在鋼鐵行業(yè)的應(yīng)用。

Abstract: The traditional tapping method lacks monitoring means and completely depends on operator's experience, and has a low degree of automation. The molten steel quality cannot be guaranteed. The converter intelligent tapping system developed by the author uses artificial intelligence technology to replace manual operation to realize automatic tapping process. It uses double laser scheme to realize automatic driver of ladle car, detects slag overflow at furnace mouth and slag content in steel flow through machine vision technology, and realizes automatic alloy batching through automatic control. The system helps to realize standardized operation, improve product quality, reduce the labor intensity of operators, and promote the application of intelligent manufacturing in iron and steel industry.
