摘要：本文針對國內(nèi)大型燃煤火電機(jī)組、單列高加設(shè)置的工藝系統(tǒng)，分別從運(yùn)行方式、液位保護(hù)、液位自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)品質(zhì)等方面入手，全面排查分析系統(tǒng)的薄弱環(huán)節(jié)，進(jìn)行可靠性探索并實(shí)現(xiàn)控制優(yōu)化，系統(tǒng)解決了典型控制系統(tǒng)的可靠性問題，積累了一套有效提高控制系統(tǒng)可靠性的預(yù)控措施，為提升行業(yè)自動(dòng)化水平提供重要借鑒。

Abstract: In this paper, aiming at the process system of large-scalecoal-fired thermal power unit and single high-pressure heater inChina, starting from the operation mode, liquid level protection,liquid level automatic regulation quality and other aspects, the weaklinks of the system are comprehensively checked and analyzed, thereliability is explored and the control optimization is realized, thesystem solves the reliability problems of typical control system,and a set of effective control system reliability is accumulated. Thepreventive measures provide important reference for improving theautomation level of the industry.
